Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 6PM will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and delivery location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable & Lost Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items

Take photos of the damaged package and contents.

We will initiate a claim with the carrier and provide a resolution accordingly.
